Our agent, Kim Powell, was wonderful in finding this place. It’s a great place. It is light and bright and very welcoming. The open layout on the third floor with that AMAZING screened porch is wonderful!!! The furnishings on the porch, living room and dining area were very renter friendly and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Pantry was GREAT for storage. Half bath is large and convenient. And the washer/dryer was a nice bonus. Master bedroom and bath are spacious and comfortable. Second floor, with a second washer/dryer is welcome for those individuals staying on that floor. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The bonus living area is great for kids, their movies and video games. One of our party is disabled and the benefit of the elevator allowed this individual to travel up and down with ease. The handicap access to the beach at the end of the street is very convenient.
