Fantastic location for the price! We looked at a unit right next door listed by a different realtor with only a slightly better view, and the rent was $1,000 higher than this unit! There weren’t very many people on the private beach the week we went, so it was quiet. The townhouse itself is clean and comfortable, if a little dated, and it’s a great place to bring a dog. You only have to walk about a block to the state park if you want to really exercise your dog. It’s an easy drive to both the Bethany Beach boardwalk and the Rehoboth boardwalk. If you want to eat out but don’t want to drive, Matt’s Fish Camp is right around the corner. My husband and daughter went kayaking in the Indian River Inlet. We will go back next year!
