This is a beautiful home, second house from the beach. It is very spacious and well maintained. There are a few issues, though. The faucet in the kitchen does not work properly. The real estate agency sent out a plumber to fix it, but it was still broken. The sliding glass door in the living room to the front deck is nearly impossible to open. The refrigerator in the kitchen is undersized and the ice maker leaks water into the ice bin creating a frozen block of ice. It really needs a second refrigerator, especially when there is more than one family. The living room furniture is tired and worn. It is also missing some basic items such as dish towels. And lastly, for the money being charged for rent, I think the owners should supply beach tags. We have stayed in many Avalon and Stone Harbor rentals, and beach tags are usually provided.
