great location, a few steps from the beach. nice views from all the porches. common living space a little small for the size of the house but adequate for 8 + 2 children to occupy comfortably. a few missing items such as extra blankets, a hose downstairs to spray off items from the beach. It would have been nice for the money to have more TP, trash bags, dish, dishwasher and hand soap. i understand it is technically the up to the renter but most other rentals have these things in good supply. Overall very nice place and we would stay there again.
