Location is terrific; close to the ocean, easy walk to downtown, recreation center is close, restaurants are nearby, neighbor in the rear is a lot of fun and the neighborhood is quiet.
The property is a nice fit for our family and provides comfortable accommodations. We have rented this property for each of three years and look forward to renting again in 2025.
