The building is 50 years old and the place has some maintenance issues in the bathrooms, some people may not like the dated carpeting/decor… but we LOVED this place! We drank iced coffee on the balcony every morning listening to the ocean and birds; walked back and forth to the beach whenever we wanted; ran and biked in beautiful Cape Henlopen state park. Kitchen is reasonably well equipped for making breakfast and lunch (we didn’t try to cook substantially). New fridge kept everything cool; an ice maker would have been nice (there is one, but it doesn’t work). Comfy furniture in the sitting room; main king bed was new and very comfy. We are fans of the north shore because you are super close to main rehoboth restaurants at night but 1 mile from the crowded beach during the day. L&F made renting easy and price was high but reasonable; place was spotless on our arrival and everything worked.
