The house was great for our group – 3 families (10 people) – with plenty of space. It was well stocked with everything we needed (and more). The game room was a big hit with the kids, and the elevator was great to have for my less-abled father. The community pool and pickleball courts were also great. The only downside is the fact you have to cross a 55mph (and likely faster) road to get to the beach, which also meant riding our bikes was something we didn’t get to do (as we were comfortable biking with our children on this road).
