This beach house has a lot going for it. Wonderful location, nice private beach and the rooftop deck offers a panoramic view of the ocean and is a great place for morning sun and relaxing in the evening after a day on the beach. The Tower Shores development has many people with dogs, and there was a friendly atmosphere when I was out walking my two elderly dogs. Yes, the house is what I would call “vintage” which means it very much shows the influence of the 60’s and 70’s in it’s layout and decor. But to me that means it is comfortable and non pretentious and you don’t have to worry about disturbing a perfect professionally staged environment. The only complaint my group had was that there were not more outside decks on the second two floors since my elderly relative had trouble with stairs and was understandably unable to climb the narrow spiral staircase to the roof deck. We didn’t use the back deck area much since it was in the parking lot and a bit public for us- but for more outgoing people it would be fine. All in all a great house and I would recommend it highly.
