This is a REALLY nice home just steps from the beach. We stayed in the offseason and could walk a mile in each direction and we didn’t see more than a handful of people which was just what we wanted. The house itself is in great condition and architecturally designed to maximize the views around the one property between it and the ocean. The screened in porch on the main floor was our favorite spot to hang out and the deck off the master suite was great to see the stars just before bed. It does not appear to have been heavily rented an d appeared more like an owner occupied property. Nicely decorated, very comfortable and dimmers literally everywhere to make the lighting perfect at any given time. Dog friendly and Broadkill beach is a leashless beach in the offseason which fit our desires perfectly. The yard is fenced in which was also ideal for a pet. We would absolutely choose to stay here again.
