We had a perfect stay at this home in Bethany West. It was comfortable, newly renovated and had everything we needed. The unique setup is great for small families or groups. The screened in porch (with a nice cross breeze) was where we spent a lot of time. It separates the two bedrooms and a bath from the main living space and is great for families with teens too! The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of pots, pans and utensils. The appliances are new!
The house is within a mile of the beach in a really nice neighborhood. It’s an easy walk to the beach and town and seems like a short mile, which we walked many times and took the Bethany Trolley back. The Trolley stop is right in front of the house, which my three grandsons loved!
It’s walking distance to the neighborhood amenities; a heated pool, a second pool, pickleball courts, and a gym as well. You can also walk to Bethany Diner, Grotto Pizza, DeFebos Market and Surfin’ Betty’s Smashburgers (great burgers!).
The rental cost is a bargain, given where it is with the amenities that it has. It was such a nice rental that we’ll be back in July/August for another stay!
