Fantastic Stone Harbor Rental with Heated Pool and 7 Bedrooms & Bathrooms

10 STAR RATING! My extended family rented this wonderful home for one week in June. The age range was from 18 months to 68 years old, and there was something for everyone. Our group included 3 families ( a total of 5 children: 18 months, 4 years, 8 years, 13 and 16 years. There was a college age couple, an engaged couple in their early 30s, and two families in their 40s, and our beloved grandmother. We entered the home on Saturday morning, to an immaculate and well stocked home. Bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels were included. As each family member chose a room, we realized that that at every bedroom was spacious and well-appointed-there were no “bad” bedrooms! Two of the 7 bedrooms had very cool, built-in bunk beds, and every bedroom had an ensuite bathroom! The first floor laundry room includes TWO large capacity washer and TWO large dryers, as well as a utility sink and a side door to the outside. Most of the bedrooms included a flat screen TV. The air conditioning was superb. The temperature was set at 70F and everyone was comfortable. The bedrooms even had ceiling fans! I cannot say enough about the heated pool, which features a broad shelf for the little ones in our group. Although we brought our own pool floats, noodles, beach chairs and umbrellas, the spacious outdoor shed was packed with everything you could possibly need, including a few bicycles. As you open the gorgeous carved wood with glass front door, a beautiful foyer and steps leading up to the second floor, with spotless dark hardwood floors. The main floor has a large living area, complete with a kitchenette: a small refrigerator with separate freezer, microwave, and a dishwasher. There is a large screen flat TV and casual seating, with a coffee table and also a small high round table with chairs. This room is sunny and light filled, with many windows, with a view of the beautiful in ground pool, patio, outdoor enclosed shower, a fireplace with seating around it, and even a bar, complete with another TV and small refrigerator and a dishwasher. A white picket fence has a gate, which leads directly into Chelsea Park-perfect for our family with 5 kids. Go back into the house, walk through to the wooden steps and you are in a gorgeous, light filled family room/dining room/gourmet kitchen. There are 3 more spacious bedrooms on the second floor, and a hallway bathroom for guests. The kitchen is very well stocked: plenty of pots & pans, dishes, glasses, mugs, flatware, a Keurig and 2 other coffee makers, 2 large size toasters, and a very nice stove, oven, and microwave. There are TWO large sinks with garbage disposers and TWO dishwashers in this kitchen. There is even a temperature controlled wine refrigerator, separate from the extra large refrigerator and freezer There are sliding glass doors, leading to an extra large outdoor table and chairs. There is also a large outdoor deck, with deck chairs, and spiral steps leading to a look out area on the roof. The second floor gives you a great view of the night lit pool and Chelsea Park. The owners of this beautiful home have thoughtfully decorated and stocked this home so that it is a true oasis. We will rent this home again.
