Great location just steps from the beach, ample space for many people-only issue is there where not any supplies no toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, spices, salt or pepper which I know is the renters responsibility but generally at least a starter of basics is there when you arrive and then we replace what we use. Also signs everywhere about using the grill and making sure it was clean-could have at least supplied a grill brush
