This was my family’s first time renting this house, and my kids were all super positive about it when they arrived on the first day. We plan to rent again next year since they all liked it. The house was very spacious. Most of the bedrooms were larger than most beach houses in Sea Isle. Having 4 full bathrooms was perfect. The outdoor shower was very nice, too. My grandkids were showered there every day after the beach before entering the house. The location in the beach block is great. The house is well appointed, and the use of the beach wagon and some beach chairs was A+ for us. One of my sons has to fly into NJ for this vacation, and his little family used the beach wagon and 2 chairs every day. I hope you will always have those available to the renters. We loved having the extra refrigerator, too. Thank you so much for renting your home out to families like mine. One thing we noticed it needed was an outdoor broom so that we could keep the sand out of the garage and off the steps at both entrances.
