Home was well kept, beds comfortable, updated, very clean, tastefully decorated. If owners plan to rent often I would recommend limiting the decorative items in the home- although it’s very nice it makes it difficult to store your own items and we needed to move a lot of the tabletop items. Also, we had 9 people but the kids all like their own rooms and so we used the extra family room downstairs as a bedroom for one but the doors offer no privacy- would recommend adding blinds or curtains to those doors if planning to use as an extra bedroom. Location is great for walking into town, slightly long walk but not terrible from the beach unless you have small children. The 32nd street beach is great with lower crowd levels than the boardwalk areas and wider sand area for beach games. The only negatives to our stay were minimal- the owners have a nice system of outdoor storage in theory for bikes, beach equipment but they are new and very difficult to open and close, perhaps in time they will loosen at the joints?, it was difficult to access so we would leave our bikes outside during the days locked together and just open at night to put back. Also it stated 4 bikes but there were only 3 at the home. We had one false fire alarm due to opening back deck door with high humidity levels outside- alarm is very sensitive so be aware of drastic change in temperature in the 2 bedrooms with the decks possibly setting off alarms.
Would stay again and would recommend.
