Loved this property. Conveniently located in close vicinity to a grocery store, but tucked away in a golf club community that is beautifully landscaped. You can watch the golfers playing from the screened in patio. Neighborhood was nice to take a morning run through. The pool, basketball court, weight room, etc all were a nice bonus that we utilized. (Can easily walk to them if wanted.) We didn’t use the grill, but it was there. Dumpster was conveniently located, so not an issue at all. It’s a corner unit. Knew the neighbors were there but never heard them. You have privacy. Owners and other vacation renters were all so friendly, when running by, or seeing them sitting by the pool, or just on trips to and from the car, when heading to/from the beach. We utilized the linen package and had ample towels and quality sheets. Everything we used in the unit was in working condition, had not a single issue. Very clean and nicely decorated. Bethany Beach is our favorite beach town, but the location being in the middle of OCMD and Rohoboth, made it convenient for visiting them as well. Would definitely recommend this unit, and would stay here again.
