Very pretty and serene townhome in a quiet, walking-friendly resort community. Agree with other reviewers that the highlight is the beautiful screened porch and sundeck overlooking a lovely pond from which we enjoyed watching herons in the morning and sunsets at dusk. Great location if you don’t mind a short drive to beaches and other attractions, and perfect i you prefer the amenities (pools, tennis, clubhouse with gym, and more.) One suggestion: Realtor/owner should include linens in cost of rental instead of tacking on an extra fee.
