Second time renting this property. Clean, comfortable and plenty of space for our family with small children. Really appreciate the private pool. Easy walk to the beach and nice to be a bit away from the busy 96th street crowds. Close to Avalon to experience New restaurants, but not too far from the main downtown shopping. Looking forward to coming again.
