Positives: very close to beach, pretty well equipped, spacious living room/dining room area
Things to consider: you will hear people walking upstairs—the ceiling and walls are evidently very thin; the shower in the private bath off the main bedroom is incredibly tight; parking is also very tight, and the entire time we were there the “unassigned parking space” was taken, so don’t assume there is room for two cars; and the porch is spacious and comfortable but only has a view of the dune. Even with those limitations, we would consider renting again.
