From the first phone call with Robin (our leasing agent) everything she described to us was truthful. From ease of check-in to moving in was better than we expected. She was very helpful to us as it was our first time at the Plaza. We look forward to renting there next year and having Robin back as our agent. Property was clean, kitchen well stocked, windows washed, only one minor problem was double sliding doors in master bedroom were off track and we could’nt get them back on. Stuck in the open position so no big deal. Pool was exceptional and pool bar food was 5 star.
