What makes our stay at the Plaza special are the people (Marlene-rental agent), Rebecca (Plaza Office), Franklin (Plaza Security), Sarah, Pearla and Marie (pool & building custodial), etc. There are many others associated with the Plaza facility who treat us as prized customers (pleasant, polite, respectful, and attentive). And our unit (0308), which was refurbished several years ago, is well-taken care of. It is evident that the owner takes pride in “making it nice for the tenants”. We always leave the unit BETTER than we find it when we check out. When we arrive each year, we point out things that need to be corrected, improved, etc. Some are an urgent need, some are not. Either way, we make them known at the office (Rebecca) and we know it will be addressed at the appropriate time. All this is why we come back every year. We’ve been utilizing the Plaza facility on and off since 1989.
