This was our second stay at this property. House is great, super spacious for extended family getaway. Location is perfect, backs up to Garfield Parkway so walking to shops and restaurants in town is super easy. Only 1.5 blocks from the beach. Having an elevator was fantastic for bringing food and beverages we brought and purchased up to the 3rd floor kitchen. Only negative is the noise level early in the morning when the garbage trucks arrive for the businesses that back up to the house in the alley.
