We had a great stay with our pup! I spent my childhood summers on 80th St. so this could not have been more perfect in terms of location – right down the street from the beach, Windrift, Icona, and park. The house was spacious and we really liked the upgraded bathrooms (and extra 1/2 bath downstairs) and fact that the bedrooms and full baths were upstairs. We used the front patio a lot as it’s very private and fenced in which was great for our pup. The house was clean minus some hair in the primary bathroom shower and floor upon arrival. Everything else was clean and very comfortable – the mattress in the primary bedroom looked new and was nice to sleep on. There was no drip coffee pot as advertised and beach tags were not provided which is unusual for NJ shore rentals, but we went out for coffee and got tags on the beach – not the end of the world. The back patio is small but we didn’t really use it, however there is a grill and small clothes line out there. I would recommend bringing trash bags and most of your essentials as the house was very lightly stocked. They did have kitchen and bathroom soaps, sponges and some dishwasher detergent but we ended up needing trash bags, laundry detergent and a few cleaning products as I like to freshen up the bathrooms and kitchen throughout the week. Parking right in front of the unit was convenient and the driveway fit 2 cars. I am extremely particular about rentals but this townhouse was clean, updated and perfect for our needs. Can’t wait to come back!
