Great house. Has everything you need to live comfortably during vacation. Kitchen fully stocked. House was VERY clean when we arrived, owner lives next door…. he takes very good care of this rental. Had a problem with the outside shower and 3rd floor a/c and it was fixed within 2 hours of emailing realtor. "Pride of ownership" very obvious with this one. Nice guy.
