We had our annual OC family vacation the week of July 11-18. We stayed at this condo a few years ago when it was under other ownership. At that time it was not too clean and chairs and other things throughout the condo were broken or in disrepair. This time we had a super great time. Everything was clean and comfortable, including the beds which is so important to those of us with bad backs! We enjoyed being on the 2nd floor which gave us the option of riding the elevator or taking the stairs when we didn’t feel like waiting. My daughter and her children enthused about the experience after the fact and expressed great interest in returning next year.
I would definitely recommend the Avalon and this unit to those considering a clean, classy and comfortable condo on the ocean side.
