Just 1 +1/2 block walk to beach which has restrooms. Southern light exposure for sun in pm. Well equipped kitchen, open concept along with covered deck allows for family and friends to socialize. Great layout. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Elevator access, although on the exterior street level of the building, is beneficial for handicap access as well as carting your groceries, luggage, and linens to the second floor. Although this condo is furthest from the elevator entrance, the exit stairs are the closet. There is a convenient size wooden box just outside the landing of the condo doorway where you can store your beach chairs and gear. Would have preferred firmer master bed, less high& more comfortable LR furniture.
