Great property very well maintained. There were two families of 4 an a grandma who stayed for the week. We’ve stayed at similar homes with the same foot print and this home had more to offer. The three couches and chair in the living room was great for our large group, no one had to sit on the floors. The large TV in the livingroom and basement was an added plus. The basement with the three futons came in handy when family came down and stayed the night. The view was great for my mother who has a hard time getting down to the beach, so she was able to stay back and sit on the deck and enjoy a good book…there always seemed to be a nice breeze being that high up. One suggestion, the owners should supply some cleaning materials.
