Despite the Beautiful views and perfect location/// the condition of the unit was poor. Carpeting throughout was old, smelled of mold in one bedroom which also had a dip or hole under carpet in that room. “A portable floor AC????” Not acceptable. The bedding and pillows should be all thrown out. The wall AC’s were old and not efficient and also noisy and took away from hearing the ocean sounds (waves crashing). The furniture was old. the kitchen and bathrooms are outdated. The DR table, kitchen cabinets and refrig lacked clean surfaces. Kitchen appliances and cabinets need to be updated. the deck Sliding door makes a noise everytime you open and close it. VERY DISAPPOINTING…. I WOULD NOT RENT THERE AGAIN.
