The unit is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, with a nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and large wall-mounted TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. We had a wonderful week and were able to relax in the lovely condo. However, we had two problems during our stay and L&F did not remedy them. The unit was not ready on time; therefore, the linen service ( an extra fee to provide sheets and towels, and make the beds in the unit) did not make up our beds. The linens were left in a plastic container in the hallway. Also, the washing machine had a very moldy smell, which caused a mold odor to permeate any clothing that was washed. Also, the condo reeked of a mold odor if the washing machine was opened. L & F sent a cleaning person to clean the washer, but it did not remedy the problem. When we told L & F that the smell was not gone, we never heard from them. We were not able to use the washer and had to make a trip to the laundrymat to re-wash the load of laundry that we washed in the condo.
