We rented this house for two weeks at the beginning of July. The house is great and the location is wonderful; just across a little street from the beach. It is a short drive to Bethany, Fenwick Island, restaurants, shops and everything else. I gave it only four stars because of a problem we had at the onset of our stay. I will preface this by saying that the problems were resolved and the people at L & F and the owner of the house were great. The problems were caused by the tenants before us. One of the beds was soiled with chocolate and another had cereal in it. In addition, these renters changed the password for the wifi connection and it took an outside person to determine the problem after nearly two days. We have requested the same house next year for the same period. The people at L & F, especially Linda Thompson, were wonderful and the owner of the house could not have been more helpful. My only disappointment is with the cleaning company since none of this should have been left for us to find.
