The house is very private at the end of a street with a corner view of canal and wetlands. Lots of parking. Yard is in rough shape, but nice screened porch area with rockers to sit and view the many birds. Outdoor shower is delightful and huge! Downstairs bedroom needs a dresser, and is far from the sole bathroom on that floor. Room above garage easily sleeps 3 or 4 but requires going outside and needs blinds on sunrise-facing windows. Parking passes at neighborhood entrance to go to the beach are a big plus! Walking across the highway is safe and easy.
