We enjoyed the space, and the views. Plenty of room for a family, very nice location being in and end unit.
The townhome feels a bit more like “fall” than simmer. Some updated furniture in the living room, throw pillows, bedding would create a more welcome, beach feel.
As an individual who travels extensively for my profession, a few hostess offerings would go a long way: hand soap in the bathrooms, tissues and a greeting with a bottle of wine or welcome gift. We had hoped that the deck would have been bigger with better quality furniture to enjoy the view. Lastly, our final night there, some guests or owners checked in next door. At 1am it sounded as if they were all in our townhouse as the walls did not do much to keep the noise contained. Overall we had a nice stay.
