North Bethany is our favorite area of the Delaware beaches. It is never too crowded and it is convenient to Rehoboth and Bethany. This beach house was very comfortable for our family of four. It is definitely a smaller traditional beach home but well cared for and we like what the we owners have done to update the bedrooms. The grill was great and it is always nice when a home has beach chairs and toys for renters to use.
We had an issue with the AC going out near the end of the week but Long and Foster had someone out to fix it that day. They have always been great to work with.
We would definitely recommend this home and would absolutely stay here again.
