We had a wonderful, relaxing stay for our week visiting the beach. The location can’t be beat as it is oceanfront with a view from the balcony as well as a short walk along the boardwalk to endless food, shops etc. and only about an 8 min walk to Rehoboth Ave. The condo was clean, tastefully decorated and perfect for our family of 3. The bed and pull out couch were very comfortable and was surprised to find a set of sheets provided for the bed. The parking provided was awesome in the underground garage with direct access to the building and carts provided for transporting luggage to our condo. Our daughter enjoyed the pool, although small, was a nice break from the beach. Although soaps, paper products and toiletries were not listed as provided, we were happy to find some of these items from previous guests. We would suggest providing a Smart TV as the cable channels were very limited and the floor was quite sandy upon arrival, although to be expected at the beach. We were provided a key to access the beach storage locker which provided a few beach toys and boogie boards. However, we were not made aware of the key, access to the locker or what it was for. We only knew of this from staying in another unit in this building on a previous vacation. We would suggest providing beach chairs and an umbrella for guest use. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone considering it.
