Can’t say enough about the fabulous view and the unit decor was very much to our taste. Furniture & beds were comfortable. A/C, washer and MBa exhaust fan are very noisy. MBa in original but good shape. We were able to fix the screen door ourselves. Kitchen well supplied w dishware and pots as well as full size coffee maker and keurig type. Cutlery was limited but we just washed the forks and spoons by hand. Several of the plastic porch chairs were cracked but beach towels easily served as chair pads. Sound & view of the ocean couldn’t be better❤️
