A great house, and we had a great family vacation there! The location is wonderful for anyone with children or elderly since you don't have to cross Landis Ave. On the downside, there are a lot of stairs for any of us that are somewhat "out of shape." This year too, the adjoining house was having major construction done (something that should have been saved for the off season) and there was loud hammering daily, beginning at 8 a.m. Also an issue of ants in the 3rd fl back bedroom (possibly stirred up by the demolition next door). When we moved the bed to vacuum them up, there were goldfish crackers under the beds from the prior tennant. Better cleaning needed. Last, fire alarms sounded many times, esp. 2 a.m. that scared grandkids.
