We had a great stay at King’s Grant. We were so lucky that they accepted a mini-week somewhat last-minute for us. The home is beautifully decorated and so well equipped! The kitchen was stocked with every utensil, dish and pot you could need. Although it was not included in the listing, there were some beach towels and plenty of beach equipment provided. The location was excellent – just a short drive to either Bethany or Ocean City. The relatively uncrowded beach for the community was right across the street and easily walkable. (Cars on the road were very courteous about letting us cross safely.). We would definitely stay again – next time for at least a week!
