We stayed in Henlopen Unit 215 for the first week of August. We traveled as a family of four with 2 boys aged 11 and 14. The place was beautiful. It had been completely remodeled and furnished with new items. The unit had everything that we would need from the fully stocked kitchen, to the extra blankets in the bedrooms and the patio chairs on the deck. We loved how the place was decorated and the furniture that was chosen. We also loved the location of being on the 2nd floor which allowed us to walk across the deck to go to the beach without having to use an elevator. We loved that steps outside of the building, you are right on the lifeguarded beach. That was important for us. The unit faces the ocean but it sits back so it’s harder to see from the place. We loved how this building was far enough away from the noise of Rehoboth avenue and the games/rides, but close enough for us to be able to walk to restaurants and the games/rides from our unit. We rarely had to drive anywhere since everything was in close enough proximity. We would definitely rent this unit again!
