Family friendly rental for great week at the beach

207 Island is a fantastic, family friendly (nice plastic dishes/cups, bathtub, washer/dryer for mid-week load of laundry, comfortable twin beds) property. It’s a shame the second bathroom isn’t pictured because it appeared newly renovated and is a great selling point. The property is a part of Sea Colony, so we had access to several outdoor and indoor pools, quiet and clean beach, and activities like an outdoor movie and bonfire on the beach. I always felt like my car was safe with designated parking spot and staff monitoring that you had a pass in order to enter. This location is also close to lots of great restaurants and Bethany boardwalk. It’s also a short drive to OC or Rehoboth if you want to go to a bigger boardwalk or do outlet shopping but don’t want to stay in a town with that much non-stop traffic. We definitely plan on requesting to rent this specific property again, as it was clean, nicely decorated, and had great amenities.
