207 Island House is an incredible rental. We’ve stayed at a few different Sea Colony rentals over the years, and 207 Island House is a gem. You can tell the owners continually invest in the property as there is always an upgrade we notice at each subsequent visit. Amenities within the unit are very family friendly (dishes, full bath tub, washer and dryer, and beautifully decorated but without delicate items I need to put in high places to make sure my kids don’t play with them).
There’s a full, unobstructed view of the beach from the patio, it’s located close to one of the outdoor pools as well as an entrance to the beach, and about a mile walk to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Having a clean, beautiful place to stay each summer is an added bonus to our annual beach trip, and we look forward to returning to 207 Island House in the future!
