We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to be repeat renters at 207 Island House. The unit is fantastically maintained both aesthetically and functionally (washer/dryer, dishwasher, two full bathrooms–one with tub which is great for kids). Second story deck looks out onto the beach, gorgeous view to start and end each day at the beach. Even when we had some cooler or rainy days, there are activities at Sea Colony as well as being a short distance from Bethany boardwalk (>5 min), Rehoboth boardwalk and outlets (~25min), or OC boardwalk (~30min).
Over the years, we’ve rented several different condos within Sea Colony, and 207 Island House is a stand out for comfort, convenience, and welcoming accommodations that keeps us seeking it out specifically for repeat annual beach trips!
