4700 pleasure is a beautiful home one block from the beach. Any drawbacks are mostly minor and we would stay here again. It was well appointed with many forks, spoon, plates and coffee cups. We found No sheet pans and not many larger bowls or wine glasses. We liked that there was another fridge in the garage however, did not like that the garage was not connected to the house – you had to go outside, down the stairs, enter a separate code to get in the garage. This became even more tragic when the main door push button lock stopped working. We were locked out. Long and foster had to use a ladder to climb to the 2nd floor to get us in through a slider while we waited for a lock smith. They changed the lock 2x( once to plain key lock and again to a new push button lock). The house is beautiful and well taken care of- looks new. Plenty of sofa space to watch tv. Kitchen chairs are comfortable. The water temp is really hot – I love a hot shower but this is very hot. So hot my brother checked the water heater and it was in the lowest setting already. A half inch movement of the knob. increases water temp quite a bit. The garage has furniture in it so no cars will fit. There are 4 parking spaces for cars but you have to maneuver.
