This community is outstanding with a very large swimming pool and boat launch area and provides gorgeous views of the Assawoman bay. The stocked pond for fishing was great for our teenage son! The house is very roomy and comfortable. The furniture is great and the views of the bay and the sunset from the deck are amazing! The only improvement I’d suggest is in the kitchen where the cooking/eating supplies could use a good cleaning or replacement and the pans and other cooking accessories could use some organization. Aside from that we had a fantastic stay and both our families would definitely choose to stay there again.
