This was our second year at this property and we really enjoyed it. We never turn on a TV, but there were new TV setups in the LR and two upper bedrooms! The space is clean and the bedroom/family space offers good options. The upper living room space has plenty of comfortable seating. With its big dining table in the kitchen/dining space and the small screened in porch with game table and l-shaped sofa is ideal after-sun activities. Also, the two upper bedrooms, with shared central bath, are ideal for two adult couples, leaving three downstairs bedrooms, also with shared bath, for kids and teens. The lower sitting room is just that: Ideal for one or two who may be hanging with a TV or assembling towels and suits from the laundry. Plus it’s a good landing zone for shoes! The driveway entry is also great for beachgoing– a good shower with a hammock and picnic table for those who are waiting for their turn to shower off.
