This was our 4th consecutive year in SIC in this location but first time in this house and overall we really liked it. Plenty of space, beautiful views from the deck and able to walk to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, minigolf and bars. We loved the backyard because it was shady/comfortable when deck was sunny/hot and vice versa so there was always outside space to be in. Definitely recommend.
