Although we love the location an the layout (master bedroom on the third floor), we are disappointed that (in then three years we have rented the property), there really is no comfortable porch furniture. We love to sit outside at night and the plastic chairs (that are for a dining table) are very uncomfortable. We also can't use the outdoor shower as it is full of sand and you can't keep your towel dry while you shower. We appreciate what you do to make the property work.
