We are definitely coming back! Two families can comfortably stay here, rooms are spacious and there is lots of privacy due to rooms being on first and third floors, separated by living area on second floor. The three decks with ocean views are to die for. There is also a deck on the back (parking lot side) for when it gets too hot on the beach side. We barely heard our neighbors with small children in unit one, so soundproofing must be good. We did not hear our adult neighbors in unit three at all! Kitchen is well equipped and was well cleaned before our arrival. The path to the beach is right next to townhouse complex. Under each unit, there is an outdoor but enclosed shower and open storage area for bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. This place was simply perfect for us.
