I rented this property for the second half of the 2019 season. Great location within walking distance of all the great spots in downtown SIC. The kitchen seemed recently renovated. The A/C went out during one of the hottest weekends of the summer and the agent/owner were VERY responsive. My only complaints- the stairs and outside deck are really worn down, and the property did not come with bed sheets (bed spreads yes… but not sheets). But in general, my family/friends and I really enjoyed the place and I would consider renting here again.
