Fantastic location right with a private entrance to the Promenade, facing the ocean. Downsides- WiFi was frustrating (slow and disconnected frequently throughout the day), the shower in the 2nd bathroom didn’t drain properly, and the TV in the living room was very old. Fix these issues and the place would be great. Also, there is no place to rinse off the sand at the Promenade entrance… you have to go around the back of the building to find an outside spigot. An outdoor shower would be nice.
