We really liked the house and lay out was great. BUT, the place was in unacceptable condition for move in. We have been renting in Sea Isle for 15 years and never had a house in that condition. It looked like the previous renters had just left and no cleaning service was in. Refrigerator and microwave were disgustingly dirty with splatters all over. I guess the previous guests had a dog because there was dog hair EVERYWHERE. On the floors, ON THE BEDS! Yuck. Even in the refrigerator! Counters not clean. There was wet stuff in the dryer. The banister from first floor was loose from the wall. There was a busted towel rack in first floor bath, When you rent, you know people had just been there but you don't want feel that way when you way.
