The house deserves a 5 star for location. And I will probably rent it again. But I will go in prepared. The house was not cleaned properly. The amount of dust bunnies and cobwebs was off putting and made the house feel dirty. Because if there were obvious cobwebs and dust bunnies, the floors could not have been cleaned….any time recently. The dining room table had a vinyl tablecloth on it, and there were food crumbs still on it. Not at all appetizing!! The living room furniture was not comfortable. Wicker should not be used as living room furniture. I realize I am on vacation and not my own home, but we did have some raining days, and it wasn’t comfortable to sit around as a family in the living room. BUT with all that, the house is a great location, nice fenced in yard, nice bedrooms. Nicely stocked kitchen. The deck on the 2nd floor is fantastic. A small light to sit out in the evening would be nice to maximize the deck.
